Welcome to the Prepaid Card Waitlist!
This guide explains what each stage means, what to expect next, and how to handle common issues like payment failures or cancellations.

Join Waitlist
Once you submit your prepaid card request, you’ll receive confirmation that your application has been received.
Status: Application received. You’re on the waitlist.
Example Timestamp: Submitted on July 30, 2025, 10:43 AM
You’ll be notified as soon as your card is ready.

Approval
After review, your application will move to the Approval stage.
Status: Your application has been approved.
Next step: The system will automatically charge the 25 AED card fee from your selected payment method.
Make sure your payment method has sufficient balance or is valid to avoid delays.
Payment Method Setup
Before your card can be issued, you’ll need to select a payment method to pre-authorize the 25 AED card fee.
You won’t be charged immediately — payment occurs only after approval.

Available options:
OGold Wallet Balance (e.g., Transit Wallet ****3689)
Saved Payment Methods: Mastercard, Revolut, Wio Bank, etc.
You can also add a new payment method anytime.
Once ready, tap Continue to proceed.
Payment Failed
If your payment method fails (e.g., insufficient funds or expired card), your status will show as Payment Failed.
Message: We couldn’t process your 25 AED card fee. Please try again from the main screen.
Next Step: Tap Retry Payment to choose another method or update your card.
Deadline: Payments must be successfully processed within 7 days, or your application will be automatically canceled.
You can view this notice in the Waitlist screen:
“Add funds or change payment method within 7 days to avoid cancellation.”
Canceled
If the 25 AED fee isn’t paid within 7 days of failure:
Status: Your card request was canceled because the fee wasn’t paid in time.
Action: Tap Get a Card to reapply and rejoin the waitlist.
Card Issuing
Once payment succeeds, your card enters the Card Issuing stage.
Status: Your card is being issued.
The physical card is being prepared or shipped.
You’ll receive a notification once it’s ready to use.
Save & Spend
This is the final step — your card is now active!
Status: Your card is ready to use.
You can now start spending and managing your funds directly from your account.
Notifications
You’ll receive real-time updates at each stage — approval, payment failure, issuance, and activation.
Keep notifications enabled so you never miss an update about your prepaid card status.
