Forgot Your Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Tap “Forgot Password?”

On the Login screen, tap Forgot password? under the password field.

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email

1. On the Reset Password screen, enter the email associated with your O Gold account.

2. Tap Send Verify Code to receive a 4-digit verification code in your inbox.

💡 You can also choose Use phone number instead if you prefer to receive the code by SMS (if available).

Step 3: Verify Your Email

1. Check your inbox for the verification code from O Gold.

2. Enter the 4-digit code on the Verify Your Email screen.

3. If you don’t receive it, tap Resend code after the timer ends.

Once verified, you’ll move to the Set New Password screen.

Step 4: Create a New Password

On the Set New Password screen:

1. Enter your new password in the Create Password field.

2. Re-enter it in the Confirm Password field.

Your password must include:

• Minimum 8 characters

• At least one uppercase letter

• At least one number

• At least one symbol

Step 5: Update Password

Tap Update Password to save your new credentials.
You’ll see a confirmation message once your password has been successfully updated.

Step 6: Log In Again

Return to the Login screen and log in using your updated password.
