Open the OGold App.
Go to the Card section.
Tap Settings → Spending Priority.

Gold first, then Silver
Silver first, then Gold
How Spending Priority Works
When you make a transaction using your OGold Prepaid Card:
The app checks your selected priority.
It deducts the amount from the first priority metal (e.g., Gold).
If that balance is insufficient, it automatically uses the second metal (e.g., Silver).
For example:
If your priority is Gold first, all card transactions will use your gold balance until it’s depleted, then switch to silver.
If your priority is Silver first, it will spend from silver before using gold.
Changing Your Spending Priority
You can change your spending priority at any time, as long as both balances are active.
To update:
Go to Settings → Spending Priority.
Select Gold or Silver.
Your selection will update instantly, and the card will use that metal first for transactions.
Locked Priority Messages
In some cases, you may see a message indicating that spending priority is locked:
⚠️ Spending priority is locked!
Spending priority is set to “Gold first” as your Silver balance is zero. Top up Silver to switch priority.or
⚠️ Spending priority is locked!
Spending priority is set to “Silver first” as your Gold balance is zero. Top up Gold to switch priority. This means:
You currently have a zero balance in the other metal.
You need to add funds to that metal wallet (Gold or Silver) before switching priority.
This ensures that each transaction type remains valid and backed by available assets.
