To keep your account secure and fully functional, OGold requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This helps ensure your identity and compliance with regulations while giving you access to all features and rewards.

Each user’s KYC status can appear in one of several stages — here’s what each one means and what you can do next.

Not Verified

Status Label: Not Verified
You haven’t started the verification process yet.
Your account is active but limited — you won’t be able to withdraw or access certain features until KYC is completed.

What to Do:
Go to Profile → KYC Verification and start submitting your personal, ID, and income details. Follow the guided steps to upload your documents.

More Data Needed

Status Label: More Data Needed
Your submission was received, but additional information or clearer documents are required to continue verification. For example, missing ID front side or unclear image quality.

What to Do:
Check the Reason shown under the document section.
Tap Upload Document to re-submit the missing or corrected file. Once submitted, your status will automatically move to Pending.

Pending

Status Label: Pending
Your documents have been successfully submitted and are now under review by the verification team. This process typically takes some time.

What to Do:
Sit tight — no further action needed. You’ll receive a notification once your KYC is approved or if any updates are required.

Duplicate

Status Label: Duplicate
A document you uploaded has already been submitted previously or matches an existing record in the system.

What to Do:
If this is an error, tap Replace Document to upload a new one or contact Support for assistance.

Rejected

Status Label: Rejected
Your KYC application was not approved due to invalid, mismatched, or unreadable details.

What to Do:
Review the rejection reason mentioned under the affected section.
Correct the issue and re-upload the documents to start the verification again.

Verified

Status Label: Verified
Congratulations! Your KYC verification has been successfully completed.
All sections — Personal Details, ID Verification, and Income Verification — are approved and marked as Verified.

What It Means:
Your profile is now fully verified. You can access all OGold features, rewards, and financial transactions without limitations.
