Once you’ve signed up and logged in, it’s time to create your hero — your personal profile that represents you in the O Gold community.

Follow the steps below to complete your profile setup and unlock exciting rewards!

Step 1: Launch “Create Your Hero”

After registration, the app will take you to the Create Your Hero screen.
You’ll see a message saying:

“Set up your profile and get ready for your gold adventures.”

This setup happens in three simple steps (1/3 → 3/3).

Step 2: Name Your Hero

On this screen:

• Enter your Hero Name (for example: Ahmed Al Mansoori).

• Optionally, add your Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy).

• Select your Country from the dropdown list or by searching it.

Once done, tap Continue to proceed to the next step.

💡 Tip: You can exit anytime and continue later by tapping Save and Exit if you’re not ready to finish now.

Step 3: Choose Your Avatar

Next, you’ll see a selection of avatars.
Swipe left or right to explore and choose the one that best represents you.

Once you’ve found your match, tap Save Avatar to confirm your choice.

Step 4: Verify Your Phone Number

To keep your account secure:

1. Enter your phone number (e.g., +971 55 987 6543).

2. Tap Get Verification Code.

3. A 4-digit code will be sent to your number (e.g., (+971) *******43).

4. Enter the code to verify your phone.

If you don’t receive the code:

• Tap Resend Code, or

• Choose Get it via WhatsApp for a quicker option.

Step 5: Confirmation and Rewards

Once your phone number is verified, you’ll see:
🎉 Profile setup completed!

You’ve earned

+20 XP

for completing your hero creation and joining the adventure!

Tap Collect to add the XP to your rewards balance.

You can also share your achievement with friends directly from this screen.

Optional: Exit Setup

If you try to leave midway, you’ll see a message:

“Are you sure you want to stop your profile setup? You can continue anytime later from your home screen.”

You can then:

• Tap Save and Exit to continue later, or

• Tap Continue to resume setup.

Congratulations, your hero is ready!
You’ve completed your onboarding journey and are now part of the O Gold community.

After creating your account and hero profile, the next step is to complete your onboarding to unlock full app access, rewards, and your O Gold prepaid card.

Step 1: Open the Onboarding Section

On your Home screen, you’ll see an “Activate Card” button or a banner that says “Complete Account Setup.”
Tap this button to begin your onboarding journey.

💡 Completing onboarding is essential to unlock your XP, rewards, referrals, and O Gold card features.

Step 2: Start Onboarding

You’ll be guided through a series of Onboarding screens  that introduce the key benefits of O Gold:

• Save. Grow. Spend.

• Start Saving in Minutes

• Achieve Saving Goals 

• Amazing Rewards

• Gift Your Friends

• Deliver to Home/Vault

• Redeem to 

Tap Start Onboarding to continue.

Step 3: Earn Rewards & XP

Once you complete your onboarding steps, you’ll see a message:

🎉 You gained +15 XP
You’ve mastered the basics. Let’s move forward!

Tap Collect to claim your XP and continue exploring more O Gold features.
You can also Share with friends to earn additional rewards.

Your O Gold account is now fully active, and you can start:
