Adding an Address

Adding a new address is seamless — just enter your name, phone number, and details like city, area/street, and villa or apartment number. Everything is tidy and self-explanatory, making it easy for even first-time users.

Order Categories

Orders are automatically organized under four tabs for easy navigation:

• All: Displays every order, regardless of status.

• Pending: Shows orders still being processed.

• Completed: Lists successfully delivered or finalized orders.

• Failed: Includes orders that were not processed successfully.

Each order card also highlights the purchase status with color-coded labels for better visibility (Green – Completed, Yellow – Pending, Red – Failed).

Tapping on an order opens the Order Details screen, where you can view:

• Delivery Details: Shipping address, delivery method, logistics partner, and driver contact information.

• Product Details: Full list of items purchased with name, brand, metal type, weight, and individual price.

From this screen, you can also:

• Track Order: Monitor your order’s delivery status in real time.
