XP and Rewards - Filtering & Sorting by – Ogold

The Filtering & Sorting options in the Rewards Hub help you easily find the rewards that best match your preferences and XP points. Whether you’re looking for new rewards, partner offers, or the lowest XP redemptions, you can quickly sort and filter results to suit your needs.

Accessing Filters

Navigate to the Rewards section from the main dashboard.
You’ll see your available XP points displayed at the top (e.g., 678 XP).
Tap the Filter icon located beside the reward list to open the Sort & Filter panel.

Sort By Options

You can organize rewards in different ways based on your goals:

Recommended: Displays rewards suggested for you based on your activity and preferences.
Newest: Shows the most recently added rewards first.
Lowest XP first: Lists rewards requiring the fewest XP points at the top.
Highest XP first: Displays higher-value rewards that require more XP.
Partner A–Z: Sorts rewards alphabetically by partner name.

XP Access

You can control the visibility of available or unavailable rewards:

✅ Show available: Displays all rewards currently redeemable.
⚫ Show unavailable: Displays rewards that are temporarily unavailable or out of stock.

You can toggle both options as needed.

Validity

Filter rewards based on their expiration period:

Up to 1 day
Up to 7 days
Up to 1 month
Up to 1 year
No expiry

This makes it easier to prioritize limited-time offers or long-term deals.

Viewing Results

Once your filters are set, tap the Show Results button at the bottom of the screen to apply them.

The button displays the total number of matching results (e.g., Show 347 Results).
If no rewards match the selected filters, you’ll see a message:

“No rewards match these filters. Try adjusting your search or reset filters.”

You can tap Reset Filters to clear all selections and return to the full rewards list.

Example Scenario

Let’s say you want to find new partner offers that are available and expire within a week.

Open Sort & Filter.
Select Newest under Sort By.
Enable Show available under XP Access.
Choose Up to 7 days under Validity.
Tap Show Results — your list now displays all relevant, time-limited rewards.
