    Introduction

    The XP & Rewards Program is designed to make your journey more rewarding. You can earn XP points by completing specific actions, achieving milestones, or participating in partner offers. These points can then be used to redeem exclusive rewards, gold, discounts, and bonuses directly from your app.

    Reward Hub Overview

    The Reward Hub is your central place to explore, redeem, and manage rewards.

    What You’ll See:

    • Available XP Points: Displays your current XP balance (e.g., 3455 XP).

    • Tabs:

      • Reward Hub – Browse all available rewards and offers.

      • My Rewards – View rewards you’ve already redeemed.

      • Saved Rewards – Rewards you’ve saved for later use.

    • Categories:

      • Fee Discounts

      • Partner Offers

      • Early Access

      • Bonuses

      • Gift Cards

    💡 Tip: If no rewards are listed, you’ll see “No rewards yet” — meaning new offers will be available soon!

    How It Works

    Browse Rewards

    Open the Reward Hub tab to explore available offers. Each reward card shows:

    • Reward title (e.g., OGold, TechWorld),

    • Required XP points (e.g., 1,567 XP),

    • Description of what you’ll get (e.g., Convert XP to 2g of gold).

    Select a Reward

    Tap a reward to open the details page.
    Here, you can find:

    • Price in XP

    • Reward details (e.g., grams of gold or discount %)

    • Expiry (if applicable)

    • Option to view the official website of the partner.

    Redeem

    Tap Redeem to confirm your selection.
    Your XP balance will be deducted, and your reward will be instantly activated.

    Confirmation

    After redemption, you’ll see:

    • Reward confirmation page

    • “Congratulations!” message

    • Your unique code or in-app credit added to your account

    Use or Save

    You can either use your reward immediately or save it for later in the Saved Rewards section.

    Boost XP

    Want to earn XP faster?
    The Boost XP feature helps you increase your balance through actions like:

    • Completing daily and weekly challenges.

    • Achieving financial milestones.

    • Referring friends.

    • Completing your profile or KYC.

    • Participating in partner events.

    Each activity displays how much XP you can earn (e.g., +150 XP for completing verification).

    Redeeming Gold (OGold)

    Step-by-Step

    1. Go to Reward Hub → Select Partner Offers.

    2. Tap on OGold – Redeem XP to convert into 2g of gold.

    3. Check reward details:

      • Price: 1,567 XP

      • Reward Type: 2g investment-grade gold

      • Expiry: No expiry

    4. Tap Redeem.

    5. A confirmation screen will appear showing your successful redemption.

    6. Your gold grams will be instantly credited to your in-app gold wallet.

    What You Can Do After Redeeming

    • View your OGold balance under your portfolio.

    • Add more gold using XP in the future.

    • Request physical delivery according to your plan.

    My Rewards & Saved Rewards

    My Rewards

    Lists all rewards you’ve redeemed or used recently.
    You can:

    • Track active codes.

    • See expiry timers (e.g., 3 days 12 hours left).

    • Tap to view redemption details.

    Saved Rewards

    If you’re not ready to redeem yet, save them for later.
    Saved rewards remain in your list until they expire or are claimed.

    When a reward expires, you’ll see an option to Redeem Again if it’s still available.

    XP History

    Track every point you earn and spend:

    • Earned XP: e.g., +45 XP for verifying your email, +120 XP for completing a challenge.

    • Redeemed XP: e.g., -389 XP for claiming a TechWorld discount.

    If there’s no activity yet, you’ll see “No history yet.”

    Partner Rewards

    1. TechWorld Offer

    • Offer: 15% off electronics & gadgets.

    • Cost: 389 XP

    • Validity: 5 days after activation

    • Use: Apply the code on TechWorld’s checkout page.

    • Status: If not used in time → “Code Expired.”
      You can tap Redeem Again if it’s available.

    2. Fee Discount

    • Redeem your XP to get instant discounts on platform transaction fees.

    • Valid for a limited time and can be reactivated anytime.

    3. Bonus Offers

    • Occasionally, you’ll see exclusive event-based bonuses like “Double XP Week” or “Referral Boosts” under the Bonuses category.

    Q1. How do I redeem a reward?
    → Tap Redeem, confirm your choice, and your code or gold will be added instantly.

    Q2. Can I refund or cancel a redeemed reward?
    → No, redeemed rewards are non-refundable once activated.

    Q3. How long are rewards valid?
    → Most rewards are valid for 5 days, while OGold has no expiry.

    Q4. Where can I view redeemed codes?
    → Under My Rewards or XP History.

    Q5. Why can’t I see any rewards?
    → New offers may be coming soon. Keep checking the Reward Hub regularly.

     

    Congratulations Screen

    Once you successfully redeem a reward or complete an action (like verification or gold redemption), a “Congratulations!” message will appear to confirm your success.
    Your new reward will now be visible in My Rewards.

  • XP and Rewards - Filtering & Sorting by

    The Filtering & Sorting options in the Rewards Hub help you easily find the rewards that best match your preferences and XP points. Whether you’re looking for new rewards, partner offers, or the lowest XP redemptions, you can quickly sort and filter results to suit your needs.

    This article contains the following sections:

    Accessing Filters

    1. Navigate to the Rewards section from the main dashboard.

    2. You’ll see your available XP points displayed at the top (e.g., 678 XP).

    3. Tap the Filter icon located beside the reward list to open the Sort & Filter panel.

    Sort By Options

    You can organize rewards in different ways based on your goals:

    • Recommended: Displays rewards suggested for you based on your activity and preferences.

    • Newest: Shows the most recently added rewards first.

    • Lowest XP first: Lists rewards requiring the fewest XP points at the top.

    • Highest XP first: Displays higher-value rewards that require more XP.

    • Partner A–Z: Sorts rewards alphabetically by partner name.

    XP Access

    You can control the visibility of available or unavailable rewards:

    • ✅ Show available: Displays all rewards currently redeemable.

    • ⚫ Show unavailable: Displays rewards that are temporarily unavailable or out of stock.

    You can toggle both options as needed.

    Validity

    Filter rewards based on their expiration period:

    • Up to 1 day

    • Up to 7 days

    • Up to 1 month

    • Up to 1 year

    • No expiry

    This makes it easier to prioritize limited-time offers or long-term deals.

    Viewing Results

    Once your filters are set, tap the Show Results button at the bottom of the screen to apply them.

    • The button displays the total number of matching results (e.g., Show 347 Results).

    • If no rewards match the selected filters, you’ll see a message:

      “No rewards match these filters. Try adjusting your search or reset filters.”

    You can tap Reset Filters to clear all selections and return to the full rewards list.

    Example Scenario

    Let’s say you want to find new partner offers that are available and expire within a week.

    1. Open Sort & Filter.

    2. Select Newest under Sort By.

    3. Enable Show available under XP Access.

    4. Choose Up to 7 days under Validity.

    5. Tap Show Results — your list now displays all relevant, time-limited rewards.

    The OGold Rewards program allows you to redeem your earned XP points to buy real, investment-grade gold and other exclusive offers. You can choose from various partner rewards, including gold, silver, and premium offers, directly from your Rewards Hub.

    Redeeming OGold Rewards

    1. Tap the OGold reward card to view details.

    2. You’ll see the redemption option, price, and validity period (e.g., No expiry).

    3. Review the reward description:

      “Redeem your XP to buy 2g of investment-grade gold. The grams are credited instantly to your in-app gold wallet and appear in your portfolio. You can hold, add more, or request delivery according to your plan.”

    4. Tap Redeem to confirm your selection.

    Once redeemed, the gold value is instantly reflected in your OGold Wallet.

    Reward Details

    • Reward type: Digital gold purchase

    • Redemption cost: 1,567 XP (may vary based on gold rates)

    • Delivery options:

      • Hold in wallet

      • Add more gold

      • Request delivery to your registered address

    • Expiry: No expiry – available for redemption anytime

    History & Tracking

    You can view your past redemptions by tapping History at the top of the Rewards page.
    This section lists all your earned and redeemed XP activities, along with timestamps and partner details.

    Tips

    • Keep your XP balance updated by completing eligible actions in-app to unlock more offers.

    • Look for the Recommended tag for high-value rewards personalized for you.

    • Combine Sorting & Filtering options (like “Lowest XP first” or “Partner A–Z”) to quickly find the best deals.
