To successfully verify your identity using your Emirates ID, follow these simple steps based on the process in the application:

1. Select Your Document Type

• Step 1: Open the verification screen where you will be prompted to select the document type for verification. Choose “Emirates ID” from the available options.

• Step 2: Alternatively, you may choose “Passport” if you prefer, but for this guide, we will focus on the Emirates ID.

2. Upload or Scan Your Emirates ID

• Step 1: You will now be asked to upload or scan your Emirates ID. Make sure the front side of your Emirates ID is clearly visible.

• Step 2: Align the ID within the given box on the screen and ensure it’s properly positioned for scanning. You will see an option to either upload an existing image or take a photo directly.

Tips: Ensure your Emirates ID is well-lit and all text is legible in the image.

3. Capture the Front Side of the Emirates ID

• Step 1: Take a clear photo of the front side of the Emirates ID. The application will prompt you to make sure the document is centered within the box.

• Step 2: After taking the photo, you will be given an option to either retake it or confirm that the image looks good.

4. Verify the Image

• Once you've captured the front of your Emirates ID, check if the image is clear and readable. The application will ask you, “Looks good?” If the image is unclear, you can retake it for better clarity.

• If the image looks fine, select "Looks Good" to proceed to the next step.

5. Upload or Scan the Back Side of the Emirates ID

• Step 1: After uploading the front side, you will be asked to upload or scan the back side of your Emirates ID. This is necessary for complete identity verification.

• Step 2: Again, ensure the back side of the ID is aligned within the scan area and that the image is clear.

6. Final Confirmation

• After both sides of the Emirates ID are scanned, review the images. The application will allow you to confirm everything looks correct. If necessary, retake the images.

7. Proceed with the Verification

• Once you have confirmed both sides are correctly uploaded, simply hit "Continue" to finalize your identity verification.

8. Open Your Gift & Get Reward 🎁

Congratulations! Once your identity verification is complete, you’ll receive a special reward.

Follow these steps to claim it:

1. A “Gift Box” will appear on your screen.

2. Tap Open Gift to reveal your reward.

3. Wait a few seconds while your reward is being unlocked.

Your reward will now be added to your account balance or reward center automatically.

💡 Tip: Make sure your passport is valid and the MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) at the bottom of your passport page is clearly visible.

Upload or Scan the MRZ Section

Once you’ve selected Passport, you’ll be asked to upload or scan the MRZ section of your passport.

You can:

• Take a photo using your phone’s camera

• Choose an image from your gallery

• Upload a file from your device

The MRZ section consists of two lines of numbers and letters found at the bottom of your passport’s personal details page.

Capture the MRZ Section

If you select “Take a photo,” your camera will open with an on-screen guide.

1. Align the MRZ lines within the rectangular box shown on your screen.

2. Ensure the text is clear and well-lit.

3. Once ready, press the Capture button.

If needed, use the info (ℹ️) icon for a visual hint about the MRZ area.

Confirm Image Quality

After capturing the MRZ section, you’ll see a preview of the image.

• Check that all characters in the MRZ section are visible and clear.

• If the image is blurry or cropped, tap Retake to try again.

• If it looks good, tap Looks Good to continue.

Automatic Data Extraction

Once your MRZ section is uploaded successfully, the system will automatically extract key details from your passport, such as:

• Document Number

• Expiry Date

• First and Last Name

• Date of Birth

• Nationality

You’ll see these fields pre-filled on the next screen.

Review and Confirm Your Details

Carefully review all extracted details and make sure everything is correct.
If necessary, edit any incorrect information before proceeding.

Once verified:

• Tap Continue to finalize your identity verification process.

✅ Your passport details will be securely submitted for validation. The verification process typically completes within a few moments.

Important Notes

• Ensure your passport is valid and not expired.

• Capture the image in a well-lit environment to avoid glare or shadows.

• Only upload clear, high-resolution images for a successful scan.

Add Withdrawal Method (Optional)

• Select Add withdrawal method.

• Choose your bank and enter:

  • Account Holder Name

  • IBAN (optional)

• Tap Save to confirm.

Your bank will now appear under the For Withdrawals section.

Review & Continue

After adding both methods (or just one), your screen will show:

Once you’ve completed the initial identity verification steps, you'll need to provide detailed information about your employment and income. This section is crucial for confirming your financial background. Follow these steps to complete it:

• Employment Status:
  Choose your current employment status (Employed, Self-employed, Student, Retired, or Other).

• Industry:
  Select your industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Education).

• Employer/Business Name:
  Input the name of your employer or business (for self-employed individuals, enter your business name).

• Monthly Income:
  Indicate your monthly income within the specified range, from less than 5,000 AED to over 50,000 AED.

• Source of Funds:
  Choose your primary source of funds (Salary/Wages, Self-employment/Freelance, Business Profits, Investments, etc.).

After filling out this section, you'll proceed to verify your source of funds by uploading a document.

3. Verifying Your Source of Funds

This step requires you to submit a document that proves your income. You can choose from three document types:

• Bank Statement

• Salary Certificate

• Property Sale Contract

The document must have been issued within the last 3 months. You can upload or scan the document directly into the platform, ensuring that it shows your name, account number, bank logo (for bank statements), and recent transactions.

If you're submitting a salary certificate or property sale contract, make sure they include the relevant details, such as the issuer's name and amount.

4. Address Verification

To ensure that your address is correct and up-to-date, you’ll need to upload a recent document showing your full name and address. Acceptable documents include:

• Utility Bill

• Government-Issued Document (e.g., ID card, residence certificate)

Like the source of funds documents, these must be issued within the last 3 months. You can scan or upload the document directly from your phone or computer. The document should display your full address, the provider’s logo (for utility bills), and the issue date.

5. Nationality & Residence Confirmation

In some cases, you’ll be asked to confirm your nationality and country of residence. This information will be auto-filled if already verified but is editable if needed. Ensure this information is accurate to avoid any delays in processing your account.

6. Waiting for Approval

Once all your documents are submitted, your verification will be under review. The platform will notify you once everything is ready, and you'll be able to unlock all the features of your account.
