Easily manage how you pay for purchases and receive withdrawals with oGold. Whether you’re buying gold or cashing out, you can securely connect your bank, card, or wallet directly within the app.

Accessing Payment Methods
Open the oGold app.
Tap Profile → Payment Methods (or Profile → Payment Setup).
Here, you can view and manage all your active payment options.
Overview
For Purchases – Add a payment method to instantly buy gold or silver.
For Withdrawals – Add a method to securely receive your funds.
You can edit, remove, or set a default payment method anytime.
Pay by bank is recommended for faster, direct, and more secure transactions.
Connect Your Bank (Recommended)
Link your UAE bank account for instant and secure payments using Lean Technologies.
Steps to Connect:
Tap Add Payment Method → Bank.
Select your bank (e.g., Emirates NBD, ADCB, Dubai Islamic Bank).
Tap Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions.
Sign in to your bank securely using your online banking credentials.
Approve the connection to authorize oGold.
You’ll see a “Success” message once your account is linked.
Received Notification
Card details
Card details and billing information.
Save and verify the card if prompted.
Manage and Remove Bank Methods
You can view and manage the details of any linked bank account under Manage Method / Bank.
To View or Edit:
Open Profile → Payment Methods.
Tap the connected Bank (e.g., ADCB Bank).

Review your account details such as:
Account Type: Personal
Account Name: e.g., John Smith
Currency: AED
Country: United Arab Emirates
Postal Code: Optional field
Status: Active
You can also Set as Primary if you want this bank to be your default payment method.
Add a New Debit/Credit Card
You can easily add your debit or credit card in oGold to make fast, secure purchases of gold or silver directly from your app.
Open Profile → Payment Methods → Add Payment Method.
Select Add Debit/Credit Card.

Enter your card details:
Card Name – As shown on the card
Card Number – 16-digit number
Expiry Date – (MM/YY)
CVV – 3-digit security code
Country and Postal Code
Tap Continue to proceed.
💡 Tip: You can set your card as “Primary” for purchases once verified.
Card Ownership Declaration
Before adding a card, you’ll be asked to confirm ownership to comply with UAE payment regulations.
Review and agree to the Card Ownership Declaration confirming that:
The card belongs to you and matches the legal name on your oGold account.
You legally own the card and it’s not borrowed, stolen, or unauthorized.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information secure.
Providing false information may lead to account suspension.
You agree to oGold’s Terms of Use and Payment Policy.
🛡️ Your payment information is encrypted and secure — oGold never stores your full card details.
Tap “I Agree” to continue.
Card Verification Process
To ensure security, oGold performs a quick verification:
A temporary AED 2.00 charge will be applied to your card.
The charge is automatically refunded once authentication is complete.
You’ll see a status message — “Verifying your card...”

Once verified, you’ll receive a Success confirmation:
“Your credit card is ready to make payments!”
No fees are applied for verification.
Manage or Remove a Card
Once verified, your card will appear under Payment Methods with details such as:
Card Type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Last four digits
Expiration date
Status (Active or Primary)
You can:
Set as Primary for purchases
Remove or replace the card anytime (unless involved in a pending transaction)
