Add a Withdrawal Method

To start withdrawing funds, you’ll first need to add a verified bank account.

Steps:

1. Go to Profile › Payment Methods › For Withdrawals.

2. Tap “Add Withdrawal Method.”

   

3. Choose “Pay by Bank (Recommended)” for faster, direct transfers.

4. Select your bank from the list of available options.

5. Sign in using your bank login details.

6. Approve the connection between your bank and OGold.

   Note: Some banks may require a short cooldown period before your account is fully active.

Verify Your Bank Account

Once connected, your bank account will undergo a quick verification process.
This helps ensure your information is accurate and secure.

Verification steps:

• OGold may perform a small verification transaction.

• You’ll receive a confirmation once your account is verified and ready for withdrawals.

Your data is protected — OGold partners with Lean Technologies, a UAE-regulated provider (ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority) to ensure bank-grade security.

Delete a Withdrawal Method

If you wish to remove a bank account:

1. Open the account under Manage Method › Bank.

2. Tap “Delete This Method.”

3. Confirm your choice.

Once deleted, this account will no longer be available for withdrawals.

Once verified, your bank account will appear as Active and ready for withdrawals.
Funds will be transferred quickly and securely whenever you initiate a payout.
