Once your OGold prepaid card is terminated, you can permanently delete it from your app to remove it from your account view. Please note that this action is irreversible.

Access Your Terminated Card

1. Open the OGold App.

2. Tap Your Card from the bottom menu.

3. You’ll see the card marked as Status – Terminated under the Card Management section.
   Here, you can view details such as:

   • Card number (e.g., ****8743)

   • Balance (0.00 AED for terminated cards)

   • Spending Priority (e.g., Gold first, then Silver)

   • Last transactions and limits

Open Settings

1. Tap the Settings (⚙️) icon from the top-right corner of the card screen.

2. Under Security, select Delete Card.

Review Deletion Warning

A confirmation message will appear with the following warning:

“Are you sure you want to delete this card from the app? Please note: this action is permanent — the card cannot be recovered.”

Confirm Deletion

1. Tap Delete Card to proceed.

2. The app will confirm that **Card **8743 is deleted from your account.

Once deleted:

• The card will be permanently removed from the app.

• You will no longer see it under Your Card section.

• You can order or activate a new card anytime.

At OGold, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may wish to terminate your prepaid card. The process is simple, secure, and can be completed directly within the OGold app.

⚠️ Important: Terminating your card is permanent. Once confirmed, the card cannot be reactivated or used again. You’ll need to order a new card if you wish to continue using OGold prepaid services.

How to Terminate Your OGold Prepaid Card

To permanently close your OGold prepaid card, follow these steps:

Open the OGold App and navigate to the Your Card section from the bottom menu to view your active card details, including balance, limits, and transaction history. Next, tap the Settings (⚙️) icon to access your Card Management options.

Scroll down to the Security section and select Terminate Card. A confirmation message will appear, clearly indicating that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you wish to proceed, tap Terminate Card to confirm. Once confirmed, your card status will immediately change to Terminated, and it will no longer be usable for any transactions. Your account will then display a Get a Card option, allowing you to order a new prepaid card anytime.

What Happens After Termination

Once your card is terminated, you will notice the following changes in the Your Card section:

• The card appears greyed out and marked as Terminated.

• A message will prompt you to Order a New Card.

• Your Last Payments list will remain visible for your records.

If you wish to continue using OGold’s prepaid services, simply tap Get a Card to order a replacement.
