How to manage Notifications Center? – Ogold

The Notifications Center in the OGold app helps you stay updated with important alerts, announcements, and activity updates related to your account and rewards.

Accessing Notifications

Go to your Profile page.
Tap Account & Security.
Select Notifications to view all your alerts.

Notifications Overview

Your notifications are organized into easy-to-navigate tabs:

All — Shows every update and alert in one place.
Announcements — Get notified about new features, app updates, and improvements.
Price Alerts — Stay informed when gold prices reach your set target.

Each notification card includes a short message, category tag, and timestamp for quick reference.

Manage Notifications

You can control which notifications you want to receive.

Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) on the top-right corner of the Notifications screen.
Under Manage Notifications, toggle categories ON or OFF:
- Announcement — Updates and new feature releases.
- Price Alerts — Gold or silver price updates.
- Security — Login alerts and account protection notices.
- Cards & Credit Cards — Virtual card updates and payment-related alerts.
- Spending — Transactions, purchase updates, and spending insights.
- Rewards — XP points, achievements, and reward notifications.

Your preferences will be saved instantly — no need to restart the app.

Mark All as Read

To clear unread notifications:

On the Notifications screen, tap Mark all as read.
All items will be marked as viewed, helping you keep your inbox organized.

Tip

Keep Security and Rewards notifications turned ON to ensure you don’t miss important account alerts or reward updates.
