Delete a Delivery Address – Ogold

The Delete Delivery Address feature allows users to remove any saved address from their profile — whether it’s a personal address or a recipient’s.
This helps keep your address list organized and ensures only active or frequently used addresses remain saved.

Navigate to “Manage Address”

Go to your Profile.
Tap Delivery Addresses to view all saved addresses categorized as:
- My Addresses – Your personal or work addresses.
- Other Address – Addresses of trusted recipients.
Tap on the address you want to delete to open the Manage Address screen.

View Address Details

On the Manage Address screen, you can view complete address information such as:

Full Name
Phone Number
Country
City
Area/Street
Building/Villa Number
Apartment/Unit Number (optional)
PO Box (optional)

At the bottom, you’ll see the Delete Delivery Address button in red.

Confirm Deletion

When you tap Delete Delivery Address, a confirmation prompt appears:

Delete This Delivery Address?
Are you sure you want to delete this address? You won’t be able to use it for deliveries anymore.

To proceed, tap Delete Delivery Address again.

Address Deleted Successfully

After confirmation:

The address is permanently removed from your saved list.
A success banner appears at the top of your screen:
Delivery address deleted successfully

You’ll then be redirected back to the Delivery Addresses page.

Review Remaining Addresses

On the Delivery Addresses screen, you’ll now see the updated list of your active addresses.

Example:
My addresses

My Home — Bldg 8, Bay Square, Dubai, UAE (Primary)
Abu Dhabi, Corniche Road — Unit 12, Bldg 12, Abu Dhabi, UAE, 112233

Other address

Maryam Al Amiri — Unit 345, Bldg 9, Bay Square, Dubai, UAE

Notes:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If the deleted address was Primary, you’ll be prompted to assign another address as Primary before deletion.
You can always add a new address anytime using the + New button on the Delivery Addresses screen.
