Withdrawal - Withdraw Flow on OGold
The Withdraw feature lets you securely transfer or refund your available balance from your OGold Wallet to your external accounts. You can choose between Refundable (return to original payment source) and Transferable (withdraw to bank) options.

Accessing the Withdraw Screen
Open your Portfolio tab.
Tap Withdraw at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll see two options for your withdrawal — Refundable and Transferable.
Each option allows you to withdraw funds differently depending on your needs.
Sell Metal
From Wallet / Portfolio open Withdraw.
In the Withdraw screen you’ll see your Available cash to withdraw and listed metals (Gold, Silver).
Tap Sell next to the metal you want to convert (Gold or Silver).

The Sell Gold / Sell Silver screen opens showing:
Live metal price (e.g.,
399.50 AED/gm) and a price chart (selectable periods: 1M / 3M / 1Y, etc.).This screen is where price and timing matter — a small countdown indicates how long the shown price/quote is guaranteed.
Free Second Withdrawal
Every user enjoys a Free Second Withdrawal each day!
Your first withdrawal of the day may include a fee.
The second withdrawal on the same day is completely free!
How You’ll Know:
A banner will appear at the top of the Withdraw screen:
“Your second withdrawal today will be free!”After your first withdrawal, a pop-up will notify you:
“Your Second Withdrawal Today Is FREE!”
You can choose:
Yes, I Want It! – Proceed with your free withdrawal.
Got It, Thanks! – Dismiss the message.
How It Works
To understand the process in detail:
Tap How It Works from the Withdraw screen.
You’ll find a guide explaining Refundable vs Transferable withdrawals, along with eligibility rules and fee details.
This helps you choose the right option for your transaction type.
Transactions Overview
All your withdrawal activities appear in the Transactions section of your Portfolio.
Each transaction includes:
Status: Approved, Pending, or Rejected
Transaction ID and Amount
Type: Refundable or Transferable
Payment Method and Fees
Tap any transaction to view complete details or to Report an Issue if something doesn’t look right.

Withdrawal - Transfer Flow
The withdrawal process allows you to securely transfer your available balance to your external bank account. Follow the steps below to complete your withdrawal:

Withdraw / Empty State
When you open the Withdraw section, your available balance and metal holdings (Gold and Silver) will be displayed.
If no funds are available, the amount will show 0.00 AED.
Once you have transferable funds, tap Withdraw to Bank to begin.
Select Bank Account
Next, you’ll see the Select Bank Account screen.
Choose the bank account where you’d like your funds transferred.
If you have multiple accounts saved, simply select one.
You can also add a new bank account by tapping the “+ Add new bank account” option.
Once selected, tap Continue to proceed.
Enter Withdrawal Amount
On the Withdraw Amount screen:
Your available balance will be displayed at the top.
Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
You’ll also see applicable fees (if any).
If the amount is below the minimum limit (AED 100) or exceeds your available balance, an error message will appear.
When a valid amount is entered, the Withdraw button becomes active.
Withdrawal Summary
Before finalizing, review your Withdrawal Summary:
Bank account details (with IBAN)
Withdrawal amount, fee, and net transfer amount
Estimated processing time (usually 1–3 business days)
Tap Confirm to initiate the transfer.
Withdrawal Successful
Once confirmed, you’ll see a Withdrawal Successful screen.
Your funds are now being processed.
You can tap View History to check your transaction or Back to Wallet to return to your main balance.
Fee Conditions
The first daily withdrawal may include a fee (e.g., AED 20).
For your second daily withdrawal, a message will confirm it is free of charge.
Key Notes
Minimum withdrawal: AED 100
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Insufficient balance or invalid entry will show an on-screen alert.
You can manage or change your linked bank accounts at any time.

Withdrawal - Refund Flow
You can easily request a refund to your saved payment card or bank account in just a few steps. Follow the guide below to complete your withdrawal or refund securely.
This article contains the following sections:
Select a Refund Method
Open the Withdraw section in your wallet.
Tap Select a Method to Refund.

You’ll see a list of available Cards and Bank Accounts.
Each option will display your Refund limit (the maximum amount you can refund to that method).
Inactive cards will be marked as Inactive — you won’t be able to select them.
Choose your preferred refund method, then tap Continue.
💡 If your card is inactive, please contact your bank for assistance.
Enter the Refund Amount

On the Amount to Refund screen, you’ll see:
Your Available balance for refund.
A field to enter your desired refund amount.
A Fee section that updates automatically based on your amount and withdrawal type.
Enter the amount you’d like to refund.
You can also use quick buttons (e.g., 100, 200, 850) to autofill amounts.
Review and Confirm
Before submitting, the app will validate your refund amount:
⚠️ If the amount is below the minimum (AED 100) — you’ll see a message:
“Minimum refund amount is AED 100.”⚠️ If the amount exceeds your available balance — a warning appears:
“Not enough balance to refund AED [amount].”
Once you’ve entered a valid amount:
Tap Refund AED [amount].

Review the Refund Summary, which shows:
Refund destination (card or bank)
Amount
Fee
Net amount (after fee deduction)
Tap Confirm to process the refund.
Refund Confirmation
After successful processing:
A confirmation screen will appear showing Refund Successful!

It will display the refund details:
Refund destination (e.g., Visa ****1234)
Amount, Fee, and Net total
You’ll also see the note:
“The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.”
Tap Back to Wallet or View History to track your refund status.
View Transaction History
Go to your Transactions or Portfolio section.

Under Transit Wallet, you can view all withdrawal and refund activities with their status:
✅ Approved
⏳ Pending
❌ Rejected
Additional Information
Your first and second daily withdrawals may be free of charge.
A message will appear on the refund screen:
“This is your second daily withdrawal, so it’s 0 fee!”Any additional withdrawals may include standard processing fees.
